Dear future guests, Welcome to our stunning duplex apartment! Please note that this was previously our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while, and everything was custom-made to my liking (first-floor flat). Located a 15-minute walk from the city centre and a 5-minute walk from the train station, I hope this accommodation will offer you a remarkable experience if you are looking for comfort, style and convenience. Please note: there is a beam at the level of the bedroom at 1.70 m.

The village borders the Allier River – ideal for canoeing or fishing – and the house is situated on the GR3, the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago). Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.
