Come and stay in this pleasant house in the quiet of the countryside. Surrounded by meadows and isolated, it is nevertheless 5 minutes from the village of St Georges sur Loire and 6 km from Chalonnes sur Loire. The house is in front of that of the owners and has a private driveway where you can park and enjoy 1200 m2 of private garden. Nature lovers, you will be served. Possibility to practice pond fishing on site (no kill only). Presence of cats, dogs, ducks, chickens around the house.

Vous serez à 2 minutes des commerces ( boulangerie et épicerie-traiteur, pharmacie...) et 300 mètres d'un arrêt de bus pour Angers mais aussi à 10 minutes des bords de Loire( location de canoé-Kayak, Loire à vélo), 15 minutes d'Angers et 18 minutes de Terra Botanica en voiture. Charming house, a balcony over the Loire.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.
