A stone's throw from the city center of Die (500 m by the pedestrian walkway), by the river, you are in the countryside and in the city! On the ground floor of our house, our entrances are opposite: you are quiet, but we are there if necessary. You will find books and films made here and elsewhere, and works of art on the walls: we are also publishers... Eco-friendly gîte (phyto-purification, organic garden, chickens, recycling...)

Located in ROMEYER, in the beautiful Drôme, the cottage is in close proximity to many hiking trails, ideal for discovering the beauty of the surrounding landscapes. Just 5 minutes from DIE, you'll have access to all local amenities and can explore this charming city. Whether you come to recharge your batteries in the heart of nature or discover the region, this accommodation will offer you comfort and tranquility in an exceptional setting. Sheets and towels are provided.

Apartment located in a green setting

The accommodation has a private terrace and a large park shared with the residents of the property. In the summer, you will enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and a garden furniture set. If you are coming as a family with your baby, we have all the necessary equipment (cot, bath, play mat, high chair, etc.). The gîte is located a 10-minute walk from the centre of Die and a 5-minute walk from the train station. We also provide bicycles for travellers.

Completely renovated and equipped accommodation in an old house in the heart of the picturesque village of Saint-Benoit-en-Diois, classified as historic thanks to its 12th century church. Ideal site for walks, hikes, mountain biking, canoeing, swimming in summer, and in winter, possibility of skiing (alpine and cross-country and sledding) at the Col du Rousset ski resort. Equipped to accommodate children and babies (free equipment on request).

The village is located 6 km from Die, and 20 minutes from the Rousset pass, from where many walks and hikes start! But also, between Chamaloc and Die, magnificent gorges, with magnificent water holes! Possibility of canyoning.

Le Hameau de Truchard is less than 3 km from Die. This master's house (18th century) is part of a farmhouse. The property covers 8 ha of meadows and woods. It's a quiet and pleasant place. The private access road is only used by the postman.
