On the garden floor of our house, our entrances are close: you are quiet, but we are there if needed. The tinyhouse is located at the edge of a field of one hectare, in the middle of the vineyard and agricultural field cultivate in organic with the backdrop of the Diois mountains. It is a secluded and natural farmhouse cottage. The river is a 5-10 minute walk, through small wild trails, crossing the natura 2000 area. The lucky ones will be able to observe beavers, martin sinners, shepherds of the creeks This cottage is intended for nature lovers, looking for a quiet and wild corner.

Ce logement situé au 2 éme étage comprend: entrée, cuisine entièrement équipée (senseo, grille pain, bouilloire, micro-ondes et toute la vaisselle nécessaire), un coin nuit avec lit queen size (160/200) doté d’un matelas de haute qualité, de nombreux rangements/penderie et une télévision, ainsi qu’une salle d’eau avec WC.

Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Outside, you can enjoy a terrace that is highly appreciated in summer.
