The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. Newly renovated apartment, a 10-minute walk to the Bernabeu. Very cozy, with lots of light and everything you need to enjoy a few days in Madrid. We are also pet-friendly, just let us know 😊 With the entry into force of the new Tenant Single Registry Law, ALL tenants must provide us with their ID/PASSPORT, postal address, and all contact information. If you don't share this information, the reservation may be canceled at any time.
