An excellent choice for accommodation, given its larger size (70 m2), brightness (many are dark or low-ceilinged) and lift. In the heart of Madrid, 5 minutes by metro from Avenida América, Cartagena and Prosperidad. 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the national bus terminal. The Bernabeu Stadium is nearby. Comfortable apartment with four rooms: living room, two bedrooms and bathroom, all with large windows providing natural light (most of the apartments in the neighbourhood are ground-floor or interior with less light and pedestrian traffic). My home is located in elegant Chamberí district, in Central Madrid, with direct underground connections to the airport, all historical landmarks (Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Gran Vía...) and both high-speed-train stations. It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.
