The possibility of parking a vehicle is included in a private car park located next to the apartment. This is an apartment equipped with the necessary basic kitchenware. The access to the apartment is free of architectural barriers (without steps) and is made directly from the street. Upon arrival, an access code will be provided that will allow you to open the entrance door. It has an entrance hall, a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00) with bed linen, and a full bathroom with a shower. It's fully equipped, with all the main kitchen facilities including a dishwasher, fridge and Italian coffee maker. There's also air conditioning, an iron, a bathroom with towels, a hairdryer and shower gel, as well as a TV and Wi-Fi (600 Mb fibre), the details of which are provided once the booking has been made. It does not have carbon monoxide alarm as it is not necessary, as the heating and kitchen services are electric. There is the possibility of providing the apartment with a high chair or travel cot if the guest needs it, but it is essential that they notify it by Airbnb message once the reservation is made. If you need any additional services to those exposed in the listing, please feel free to request it in case it is in our power to facilitate it or help you achieve it. The apartment is fully at the guest's disposal and all the items described on the website can be used, but guests cannot access the building's common areas, such as the interior courtyards or the roof terrace, or stay on the stair landings. Access can be done without a person waiting to open them, as being a separate access from the street and having a security box with key to the entrance can be accessed freely once the access code is provided. A door key set is provided inside the box at the entrance to the apartment. In case of loss, a surcharge of €35 will be charged to make a replacement copy. The apartment has internet (fiber of 600 mb) and television with USB port, in case you want to bring your own movies, as well as the DTT with the conventional channels in Spanish and SMARTV. Out of respect for other guests, parties or smoking are not allowed inside the apartment.

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Madrid. Entering is the living room, composed of the sofa, which in turn is sofa bed (1,35x1.90), the 40 inch Smartv TV and a large desk table. The room is located on the left side of the living room, it is a spacious room with a 1.60 x 2 double bed with a mattress that invites the rest, it has a large comfortable with a mirror. The bathroom is normal size, the shower is with hot water through thermos, left equipped with shampu, shower gel, dryer and shower towels. The kitchen is spacious, composed of dining room and has everything you need to cook, it is composed of ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc. The apartment is exclusively for guests, they will always be alone. The apartment has a garage space included in the reservation, the garage spot is in a public parking lot, with hours from 08:00 am until 22:30, being able to leave the car inside the parking lot at night.

An excellent choice for accommodation, given its larger size (70 m2), brightness (many are dark or low-ceilinged) and lift. In the heart of Madrid, 5 minutes by metro from Avenida América, Cartagena and Prosperidad. 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the national bus terminal. The Bernabeu Stadium is nearby. Comfortable apartment with four rooms: living room, two bedrooms and bathroom, all with large windows providing natural light (most of the apartments in the neighbourhood are ground-floor or interior with less light and pedestrian traffic). Large beds with latex mattresses and pillows, and cotton sheets. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV (FireTV), air conditioning and heating.

It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.
