The kitchen is fully equipped with the best appliances, independent laundry and everything you need to make you feel at home. Its open concept design merges with a spacious living room, a bar with high stools and a nice glass window bathes the space with warm natural light. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. Other features you should take into account: -During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. This building was constructed quite recently, so everything you see is new. The first thing we see is a spacious living room, pretty bright thanks to its large exterior windows. It is equipped with a 43" HD Android TV, hi-speed optical fibre internet connection (around 100mbps), A/C with heating mode and a dining area with a large table with room for 5 people. The kitchen is open plan and equipped with the main appliances and elements needed for cooking, apart from offering complimentary basic products such as oil, salt, coffee, sugar, etc. The apartment consists of two floors. On the lower floor we can find the hall, the living room, one bathroom and one double bedroom with a 1,35m bed. On the upper room there is a bathroom, one double bedroom with a 1,35m bed and one single bedroom with a 1,05m bed. All bedrooms are equipped with A/C with heating mode and built-in wardrobes that will allow you to keep all your clothes and belongings comfortably. Both bathrooms have a shower cabin, large mirror and electric radiator / towel dryer. The area is quiet during the night and the double bedrooms are oriented to a private patio, so silence and rest are during the night are guaranteed. The optional parking spot is in a secured public car park located 280 meters away from the apartment and has a cost of 12€ per day of stay.

Excelente elección para hospedarse, dado su tamaño superior (70m2), claridad (muchos son oscuros o bajos) y ascensor. En el corazón de Madrid, a 5 min de metro de Av. América, Cartagena y Prosperidad. A 15 min del aeropuerto y a 5 min de la terminal de buses nacional. Estadio Bernabeu cercano.
