Close to the city center, 8 minutes' walk to the market square, at the bottom of Rue de Genève as well as the train station and the lake. Some shops are a 2-minute walk away and a bus stop to get to the Thermal Baths. Sofa bed 140 X 200 cm (real quality mattress) Linens provided. 30 min drive to the ski resorts. Large independent ground floor T1 in a house with enclosed inner courtyard in the center of the village and 50 m from the thermal baths of Challes Les Eaux. Very Quiet Residential Neighborhood. Amenities for a pleasant stay for two people and/or young children. 25 minutes from the Feclaz resort ( cross country skiing, snowshoeing) and 40 minutes from Margeriaz ( ski hiking, dog sledding...) . All shops and a cinema nearby as well as bus lines serving Chambéry in 15 minutes .

Welcome! The apartment is in a great location: a 5-minute walk to pedestrian downtown. It is right across from the maternity/hospital (no ambulance passage) and next to the Jacob-Bellecombette campus. In the bedroom, you will be comfortable with a "King Size" bed. Refurbished apartment with beautiful lake views. It is located in a superb residence classified as a historic monument, 150 meters from the city center and the Chevalley thermal baths. You have private, enclosed and free parking. Two balconies give you the opportunity to enjoy the calm of the gardens. On the other hand, I have a boat with a berth in the port for walking, swimming and wakeboarding if you are interested.
