On the 2nd floor of a townhouse with living room with sofa bed, open kitchen and dining area, 2 adjoining bedrooms with bathroom and toilet. 30 m2 sheltered inner courtyard, with outdoor lounge, giving access to the garden.

I suggest you stay in a nice apartment, on the first floor of a house. Ideally located in the heart of Evaux les Bains, the only thermal spa in Limousin. You will find all the comforts you need, with an equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and bedroom (large 160x200 bed) adjoining with bathroom and toilet. Ideally located on the RN 145 Guéret - Montluçon, this lovely studio offers you all the comforts you need for a peaceful and pleasant stay. Independent entrance, studio on the first floor with access to the entrance, bathroom (with bathtub) and main room comprising a fully equipped kitchenette and a good-quality double bed. Add an extra €5 if you need linen.
