Independent accommodation of 31 m²: a living room (25 m²) and a bathroom of 6 m². Two 20 m² terraces with an outdoor shower. Access to a private swimming pool (saltwater, 12 m by 3.2 m) on an estate of 1.2 ha. The pool is open from May until end of October. Petanque court Rest and a complete change of scenery for nature lovers and hikers.

A large shaded patio where it's nice to eat and cool off in the small pool. The stone staircase leads you to the equipped kitchen, as well as the living-dining room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. It will delight you with its cultural and sporting proposals.

As a couple, with friends and family, come and relax between pine trees and scrubland. A wooden terrace with pergola, BBQ, summer kitchen, armchairs, table and chairs, surrounds the accommodation. On sunny days, enjoy the deckchairs and in summer, cool off in the spa (from June to September, never heated). If the temperatures are less mild, sit on the terrace around the fire pit under the polar blankets (October to May)

Gite du Moulin

Quiet, in a typical old restored mill located in the heart of nature by the stream, not overlooked, at the foot of the CEVENNES. Part of the building is converted into a spacious and cool 110 m² cottage for 6/7 people. On the ground floor you have the living room, dining room/kitchen. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. The mill is 600 m from Banne. A five-minute drive away you have several shops.

This family home can accommodate up to 10 people. Located above the village "Les Vans", you are here in a natural environment, quiet, while being close to shops, rivers, nature activities offered by this pretty corner of Ardèche du Sud. Stunning views of the "Gras" landscape, on the Serre de Barre... In summer, rental is possible and recommended from Saturday to Saturday :-)
