Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Phnom Penh

The place is pretty good. Had everything I needed and it was just as it was advertised. Didn’t really have any major issues. The only minor one was that I couldn’t open the door to the outside patio. But it wasn’t a big deal to the point it would lose a star.

The space is very good and the amenities is nice. The location is walking distance or short tuktuk ride away to tourist places and good restaurant. My only complain would be the communication with the host since they don't understand my questions or queries well. Other than that, I would still recommend and would book again.

This location was great! Was able to find the place easily and complete private access so I can come and go as it please. It was located in a perfect area with lots of food carts so if you’re a budget, this is a perfect place within a few blocks. You can find food carts everywhere.. make sure you download the Grab app if your foreigner coming in as the touchups are everywhere and if you don’t hell I’d grab they will rip you off

I was lucky to find a such cozy place in the Japanese downtown of Phnom Penh. The host is reliable, having spend three months there I can recommend the place for its location, cool style and the contact with the host. It was nice to be there, thank you for everything.

My stay at Thong's place was very good. His communication was excellent, his family and him were very friendly, the room was spacious, clean and very well stocked (it even had toothpaste, soap, cooking oil, full kitchen utensils etc and when I asked for a fan for the bathroom he courteously brought one for me), the location was very good, on this street are a lot of trees so even during the day the room was not hot. Super easy check-in and check-out, comfortable bed, I can't ask for anything more, I would stay again. Very happy with my stay here. Thanks Thong!

Vanny and his family are wonderful, warm, kind people. Their facility isn’t for everyone - the stairwell to the first and top floors are steep and many of the showers lack hot water, but the entire building is kept spotlessly clean. Being a hostel, most guests are younger people traveling with backpacks. It’s certainly an opportunity to meet people from around the world and with the friendly, warm environment created by Vanny and his family, it’s a pleasant experience to stay there. I was there for a month. I’m an older person in my late 60’s and I choose Vanny’s place so I could have the opportunity to meet people. I did a lot of work while I stayed there and found that the wifi and electricity were more than adequate. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Great host. Nice place and location

Great place just around the corner from PNH airport(10 minutes by taxi during rush hours), in quiet and green neighbourhood. Place is very clean, comfy and feels like at home. The host is superfriendly, very proactive and is taking good care of the place and her guests. On the rooftop there's a terrace with a view on the runway and airport terminal. If you are aviation fan you can spend hours there chilling with a drink comfortably watching the airplanes on short final for landing. Another great thing is the host loves dogs and cats so there is a bunch of cute dogs and cats chilling around the house and the garden. So if you are pet lover who likes airplanes, there's no better place to stay😉!

Many good restaurants in the area. A wide variety of types and ethnicity . Big fresh market close by and less than 1 km to Russian Market

From start to finish,we really enjoyed our stay. The room was spotless upon arrival. We had housekeeping come a few times and they were in and out in less than 15 minutes. They did a great job.. The infinity pool is gorgeous. Took some great pictures from the 55th floor.. Security in the lobby was very friendly and always made us feel welcome to come back at the end of the day. We walked a lot during our stay, but a tuk tuk is always right outside the building if you need a ride. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as the Aeon Mall. I highly recommend the Royal Palace tour and the National Museum of Cambodia. We did the Vespa Backstreet tour to Silk Island and that was amazing. 5⭐️ stars!There is so much to do in the capital city and I highly recommend.!!! Thank you for a great visit!!!

Photos reflect reality. Nice clean room, everything is new, in good condition. There are transparent curtains, so you can close yourself off from the windows of the building opposite. The room is very small, there is no place to even open a suitcase, but it is suitable for 1 person. You can buy water at the reception, 20 liters for $ 4 - this is very good.
