Belle terrasse sud ombragée l’après midi, vues vraiment magnifiques et dégagées vers le Mont- Blanc, les aiguilles de Chamonix, « au pied » du glacier des Bossons en face. En retrait de 20m de la route dans un quartier résidentiel. Transports à 2 pas. 2 places de stationnement devant la maison. Wifi. Pas de TV.

Newly renovated traditional alpine mazot in between Chamonix and Les Praz with Mont Blanc views. Walking distance to both Chamonix centre and the quaint high street of Les Praz. Close to the Flégère ski lift. Comprising of a separate bedroom downstairs with ensuite bathroom and French doors which open on the garden and a cosy kitchen, living area upstairs opening out onto the terrace.
