Rest at Les Granges, in an old dairy farm and filming location of the film "Petit Paysan" directed by our son. The cottage has been restored in the Champagne style – the place located in a hamlet is very quiet and you will live among our horses. Lake Der is 8 km away - All comforts: one TV per room. Electricity is extra. Read the house rules carefully. Free firewood. No pets in the bedrooms, please. Linens provided and beds made. Mosquito nets everywhere.

Built in an old stable, our cottage is actually a large 65 m2 studio, an outbuilding not overlooked, where you will be in the quiet of the Champagne countryside. Come and discover exceptional nature: the passage of migratory birds, the forests of the Regional Natural Park and the Orient Lakes. Swimming, fishing, forest walks, we are also 10 minutes from the Thennelières highway exit, 20 minutes from the Nigloland amusement park or 20 minutes from Troyes!

Tiny House, "the Walden experience" in Passy-sur-Seine, has a mezzanine double bed, a hammock-style reading area, a bathroom and a dry toilet. The large pontoon-terrace opens onto the pond populated by geese, ducks and many birds that you can observe. Ideally located between Reims (20 min) and Epernay (8 min), you will be in an exceptional setting. The house is in a family property and a 6-hectare park.
