Charming cottage in Trojan agglomeration (5 kms from Troyes, 4 kms factory shops), Quiet and bucolic neighborhood. Studio, NO SMOKING, which accommodates 2 people(possibility of adding an extra bed). Equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower. A/C, TV, PRIVATE PARKING. Private unheated swimming pool discovered in general at the end of April ( no invitation to friends / family).
