Proche du Parc Naturel du Morvan, visite vers Vezelay, Bibracte, Guedelon.... Boulangerie à 1 km , autres commerces à Corbigny à 10 minutes en voiture.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (very often dry) many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group like several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighborhood too much. Haven of calm and nature. Places of rejuvenation, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Respect for the quiet of the hamlet is requested.

Logis "Guenièvre" is on the 1st floor of a building from 1732, completely restored. In the historic center of Avallon, this special place is close to everything, such as the Clock Tower, the tourist office, the Collegiate Church of Saint Lazare, the museum, and 50 m from the ramparts, making it easy to plan your visit. You can also walk to the bakery or restaurants such as Dame Jeanne, Cuisine Angeline and many others in 2 minutes.

U bent van harte welkom in het gerenoveerde gastenverblijf, dat deel uitmaakt van een ruime Mid-Century Modern villa. Het verblijf ligt aan de rand van het karakteristieke Corbigny, een charmant stadje dat alle nodige voorzieningen biedt. Corbigny is prachtig gelegen tussen het Regionale Natuurpark de Morvan en het Canal du Nivernais. Bovendien ligt het op de pelgrimsroute naar Santiago de Compostela, met Vézelay als vertrekpunt.

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

A library corner to sip a delicious drink or to play the most beautiful game of chess ever seen. 2 immersive rooms complete this lair, but you still have to find the entrance. Beware of the potion workshop, some are toxic and others very powerful.

Small pleasant house with great views and large terrace in small Bourguignon village, 30 minutes from Vézelay and 45 minutes from Nevers. Relaxing setting, many walking paths. Shops 2 km away. Note that the accommodation is located upstairs and does not have land but has a pleasant and spacious terrace.

In Gondières, you can enjoy a peaceful stay, 3 minutes away from Nevers - the largest town in the department. Both gîtes (La Ferme & Le Pigeonnier) are located on a 5000 square meters plot of land. They are separate from the owner's home, offering plenty of privacy. No pets.
