Dear future guests, Welcome to our stunning duplex apartment! Please note that this was previously our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while, and everything was custom-made to my liking (first-floor flat). Located a 15-minute walk from the city centre and a 5-minute walk from the train station, I hope this accommodation will offer you a remarkable experience if you are looking for comfort, style and convenience. De omgeving is ideaal voor natuurliefhebbers: tussen het Regionaal Natuurpark Morvan en het schilderachtige Canal du Nivernais. Ook perfect gelegen op de pelgrimsroute naar Santiago de Compostela, met Vézelay als historisch vertrekpunt.

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.
