The accommodation is included in a renovated 19th century farmhouse, located in Villiers-le-Sec in Nièvre (58) 45 inhabitants, close to the RN151. Comfortable, quiet. Wooded and flowery area. Water park 4 minutes away, hiking, close to Guédelon, Vézelay, La Charité, Nevers and Auxerre, the Nivernais Canal. Shops in Varzy, (4 min) bakery, supermarket, butcher, pharmacy, hairdresser, 2 tobacco bars - 1 bar - restaurant and 1 restaurant. All shops and restaurants, cinema in Clamecy 12 km away

Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Terrace on the water, chestnut cottage

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

On the island: an enchanting place to "pause"

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. Quiet Tiny House in the countryside with hot tub

La Tiny de Lyot is located in Burgundy near the Sancerre vineyards, 2 hours from Paris, in a soothing setting among horses. This accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom and toilet, a very large 40 m2 terrace with a magnificent view where you can eat peacefully and relax in its private spa. There are various activities for couples, friends or close family: Guedelon Château de Saint-Fargeau, tree climbing, canoeing, bike rides...

L'écrin boisé – Cabin with hot tub

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. Check-in from 4 p.m. Romantic decoration on request in return for a free donation to our association.

This authentic 16th century house, charming and bright, has all the comforts you need, and can accommodate 4 guests. Close to the historic center, close to the town hall, the "Cœur de France" language school, restaurants and shops. This characterful accommodation offers a warm decor and a small terrace. Located in the heart of Sancerre, its "fil d'Ariane" leads the pedestrian visit, through the different tourist sites, enjoy the peak on foot.

Country cottage

Isabelle and Denis welcome you to this old farmhouse restored to the taste of the day in the heart of a quiet village typical of Nièvre. This old house is elevated, offering you an unobstructed view of the countryside. It is an excellent place to stay to discover the Morvan Regional Park, Vézelay, Guedelon and the Nivernais Canal, through different types of museums. Only two animals are allowed per reservation.

House in a green setting, accessible for people with reduced mobility

The detached house has two levels. The single-storey ground floor (fully accessible to PRMs) has a 160 retractable bed, a living area with 125 cm TV, a fitted kitchen and a large bathroom with extended toilet and walk-in shower. The top is composed of 3 beds: 140/90/90, a bathroom with shower cabin, separate toilet, living room with TV and office area.
