Our cute house with terrace and mezzanine is nestling under the magnificent Chateauneuf en Auxois. In 2 minutes you can walk along the Canal De Bourgogne taking in the wonderful views. Quiet cottage in the heart of the Burgundian countryside

I will be happy to host you so you can enjoy my comfortable cottage. Our house is located in a very small village of Auxois, in a very quiet area with a green garden. The cottage is available for our guests in winter and summer with a TV and library area as well as a kitchen with everything you need. You can enjoy the garden and summer kitchen (barbecue).

29 m2 independent studio with private terrace

Studio at the bottom of our garden: kitchen area, sleeping area, large dressing room and bathroom (large shower/toilet). Please note, no key box (see time slot in house rules) and no TV (but good Wi-Fi😉). The environment is very quiet outside the train passages (sometimes numerous at night). Free street parking
