Very peaceful 42 m² cottage located in the middle of the mountains, ideal for relaxation. Annecy North tollbooth 15 minutes away. You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Chalet for 8, close to mountains and lake

Between mountain and lake, our house is 5mn away from Aix les Bains city center, its lake and 20mn from the Nordic/Downhill Revard ski slopes. You will appreciate our completely renovated Chalet thanks to its comfort, its large garden (1200m2) and its beautiful view on the Alps. Tiny house between lake and mountains

Notre chalet orienté sud ouest est situé au chef lieu de notre charmant petit village de Dingy St Clair. Il est totalement indépendant avec son jardin, sa terrasse et son parking privatif. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 voyageurs (1 lit deux places et 1 canapé convertible). Un hamac vient compléter l'aménagement pour un moment de détente. La route est celle du chef lieu, relativement passante à certaines heures. VIDÉO "tiny house entre lac et montagnes" sur youtube. Bienvenue!

For your relaxation and well-being, you can enjoy our 60-jet HOT TUB installed facing a superb panorama. This chalet, easy to access with its parking, was built in a green setting with breathtaking views of the mountains. Cruet (alt 350 m) is a village in the Combe de Savoie.

Bedroom with 140 cm double bed, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine, living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker and toaster), dining table and sofa, private terrace with barbecue, access to petanque area (ball game loan) at the back of the accommodation and private parking.

L'Orée des Bauges, small chalet facing the mountains

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.

A beautiful fully equipped terrace (table/ deckchairs), our sheep at the bottom of the garden, the calm and the proximity of Aix-les-Bains and Lake Bourget will allow you to have a pleasant stay.
