This centennial home is a short walk to multiple beaches, and less than a two hour drive to either end of the coast. Gaspe (1 hour and 45 minutes), Perce (1 hour), Paspebiac (15 minutes), Bonaventure (30 minutes), New Richmond (50 minutes), Carleton (1 hour and 15 minutes), and Campbellton, New Brunswick (1 hour 50 minutes).

Come and stay in a place with a grandiose panorama housed in a landmark of a sailor who seems to hide his most beautiful treasures. The chalet is perfect for a couple, a family of 2 parents and 2 children or 2 friends. I do not recommend the cottage for families of more than 4 people and people with reduced mobility.
