Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Channel Islands of California

Very good value for money! Looked exactly like the pictures. Also, the kitchen is reasonably well equipped, so we could cook. The location is good for traffic and there are supermarkets and playgrounds nearby. Only the gas station (right next to the bedrooms) is sometimes a bit noisy if you want to go to bed early. When we had a short time issue, Ana was very helpful and responded quickly.

Place is clean, comfortable and in the perfect location. Safe neighborhood and this is my 3rd time booking with Georgette. A+++

I needed to book a place super last minute and fortunately for me Stan was the best host I could ask for. Great communication and very clear simple instructions and very polite. Location is great with considerably quiet neighborhood and a private parking lot. The place was very neat with everything full option! Definitely recommend this place!

For the past several years we have rented a VRBO or an Airbnb for about 3 weeks. This place was our favor of all of them. We are visiting family, so location is key for us. This place fit our needs. It is close to Century City and several good restaurants and other needs. The unit size was perfect for us. A nice size living room with a dining table, easy to use kitchen, small guest room (which different family members used) two basic bathrooms and a sizeable primary bedroom which was a nice treat. The neighborhood is safe and walkable with the Roxbury Park just 1/2 mile up the street. Parking is on the street but easy to find a space every day. We had the lower unit, so the only negative was being able to hear people walking around upstairs but never any loud noises or voices. Mary was easy to reach and replied quickly. We would like to come back to this unit the next time we are in LA.

We had a great stay. The house is very cozy and comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. It's located in a residential neighborhood that's very quiet, which helped us relax. The property is very close to Culver City downtown and within walking distance of local coffee shops (less than 10 minutes away), which we enjoyed a lot. The owners were very clear in their communications. I would definitely recommend this place.

Tori’s place was perfect for our stay. The two bedrooms were nicely decorated and had comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The bathroom is very updated and pretty. We did not use them but appreciate the washer dryer tucked in hall. We felt at home. The street parking is not an issue and felt fine leaving car on the street. We didn’t get to use the outdoor area but it is also nice. It is near everything you would want to do in the South Bay.

Everything was perfect Lois took great care of us. She text me first to make sure we made it and we feel comfortable and when we seat outside and we figured the propane was empty she came right away with a new one to let us enjoy the outside area which was one of the best part of the house! Thank you! I highly recommend it.

Sandy’s place was a great stay for my partner and I. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and it is very easy to check in/ check out. Will definitely love to visit some time in the future.

This was by far the best experience. Danny’s communication was great! He was so friendly! Greeted us when we got there, and bid farewell when we left. We honestly felt like we were staying with a friend, we were so comfortable. The place was beautiful and extremely clean. Location was peaceful. We felt very safe, and had absolutely no issues! I would 100% recommend staying here! We have already talked about another trip back out! Thank you, Danny, for being such a wonderful host!!

Mark was very responsive on check-in day, as well as throughout the week. If we had any questions, Mark had the answer. The Airbnb is a short drive from several different restaurants and bakeries, making it conveniently located. I wouldn't say it's walkable to restaurants/grocery stores, but it's doable. We enjoyed being able to drive less than 10 minutes to get what we need for day-to-day things. One thing to keep in mind is that it's at least 20 minutes away from the LAX airport with moderate traffic. Mark does have a garage available for his guest's car(s). The fact that there are two bathrooms makes it very nice, since we had more than 4 guests staying. Hot water got hot quickly, so it's great if you enjoy that. Turning the lights on was a little tricky at first, but super easy once you know how (they're dimmable/adjustable!). There are a couple desks for working/reading, and the kitchen amenities are standard. Can't go wrong with this rental; I recommend it!

Wonderful home that was clean and cozy and exactly as described. The host was always responsive and kind. The home was well stocked and had everything you could want with some cool extras like a popcorn machine and some delicious coffee. We would not hesitate to stay again. We forgot some chargers at the house and we were notified shortly after our departure and were able to stop back by to pick them up. Very kind and awesome people. 5 stars!

This was our second time staying in one of the units at this location. Mike was extremely responsive and helpful when we needed to leave our luggage in the unit for extra time after checkout. The unit itself was clean, neat, and spacious. Great location!

check in was super easy with security. the paeking was really close and easy to navigate. very private and nice inside the apartment. the pool and hot were fun at 10pm on a Saturday night. felt at home. the app for to lock/unlock the front door was super convenient, now my wife wants one for our house.

I can't say enough about just how beautiful the view is from Trevor's place! You truly feel like you're in a European coastal city. The accommodations themselves were comfortable, cozy, and clean! The place looks even better than the photos. Having a golf cart to get around from Hamilton Cove to downtown Avalon was convenient and added a fun interactive element to the experience. Would certainly stay here again!

We had such a great time with our teens for a short Spring Break trip. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The included golf cart made getting around the island so easy and fun, and the location was perfect - super close to the main town, but away from busy streets. We even saw 4 deer casually lounging on the hillside right next to the complex. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

Hugh and Chela were great hosts. The condo was everything that we expected and extremely affordable in compared to other rentals. It is about 10 minute walk from the beach and downtown. We loved that a golf cart was an option, and we enjoyed it. We are very appreciative that Hugh allowed us a later check-out.

Rebecca was very responsive and helpful! Her place is very comfortable and very well stocked. Worked great for 3 people. Decorated very nice! Didn’t use the swimming pool it was a bit cold. Jacuzzi is wonderful! Would stay here again.
