Refurbished accommodation with air conditioning. This is the floor of our home which is fully privatized with private access. You will have your perfect privacy.

Two bedroom cottage, with 16th century fireplace.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Atypical lake house

Take it easy at this unique and particularly tranquil getaway with exceptional views of Lake Marillet and our swimming pool. Come and immerse yourself in a green setting and let yourself be lulled by bird song. You'll also enjoy eating on your private terrace with stunning views. This independent accommodation is located above our house. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool and garden. The bottom of the garden overlooks the lake, kayaks are available to you.

The Orfraie gîte

Within the Domaine de l 'Orfraie, at the borders of the plain and the Vendéen bocage, the Gîte de l' Orfraie is ideally located between La Rochelle and Le Puy du Fou, the ocean and the Poitevin marsh. You will enjoy its one hectare landscaped park as well as its heated pool in summer. It is composed of a bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with duo bathtub, shower and wc, equipped kitchen, seating area with sofa bed, and furnished terrace. ​

In the Poitevin marsh, 10 minutes from the A83 highway and 15 minutes from the center of Fontenay-le-Conte. 45 minutes from Puy du Fou, the Vendée coast or La Rochelle. Ideally located close to Mervent Zoo and multiple cultural and leisure activities. You will find in our cottage all the comforts you need; with equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, stove)... In the 2 bedrooms, you will find a king size bed and a shower room with toilet.

In the heart of a 7500 m2 landscaped park bordered by the Grand Lay River, this former mill from 1899 is the perfect place to reconnect with nature. You can, according to your desires, sit with a book by the pond or go for a walk along the paths of the Vendée grove by taking the hiking trails from the gîte. You will appreciate the calm of nature in this cottage created in 2021 in an old farmhouse. In the heart of the forest, not far from Vendee beaches, Puy du Fou, Poitevin marsh or La Rochelle . In the summer, enjoy the pool and terrace. Baby supplies possible. Bed made upon your arrival. Towels provided. If you want to come with friends, there is the option to book the adjoining cottage "guesthouse" to share a stay together.
