En la planta principal encontrarás un amplio salón-comedor con cocina totalmente equipada, un gran ventanal con acceso directo a la piscina, un elegante baño y un práctico vestidor. En la planta superior, a la que se accede mediante una original escalera de caracol, se encuentra el dormitorio principal con una cómoda cama de matrimonio, Smart TV con IPTV y un espectacular ventanal con vistas al mar y a la piscina. Para que tu estancia sea aún más cómoda, dispondrás de WiFi gratuito de alta velocidad, toallas de baño y piscina, albornoces, zapatillas, secador de pelo y amenities de baño elaborados con aloe vera de Lanzarote. El edificio cuenta además con un cuarto de lavandería compartido para las tres suites y, si lo deseas, también ofrecemos servicio de lavandería. Las Claras Rural House

Casa Las Claras has three double rooms, two with double beds and the third with two single beds. Each room has its own bathroom, and there's also a living room, a kitchen and an indoor Canarian courtyard. Outside, there's private parking, gardens, leisure and reading areas, and a large terrace with a swimming pool. Although it may seem large, the house can be adapted in a very cosy way for two people, who will feel right at home. However, bookings for special events are not accepted and parties are not allowed. We'd also like to mention that we, the hosts, live on the other side of the house and share the pool terrace with our guests. Although we don't really use it, if guests are using it, we need to pass through this area to get in and out of our house. We also share the inner courtyard area, which is a transit area for us at certain times of the day. It's ideal for children, as they have space to run and play, as well as a corner with beach sand. The house has satellite TV, a DVD player, and a washing machine service for stays of over a week... Bed linen and towels are available for stays of more than one week. Far from the hustle and bustle of mass tourism, the property is located in the village of Tías. It's a very quiet place with easy access to the village centre. You can walk there in ten minutes and find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, a health centre, and of course, La Ermita de San Antonio, where there are usually lovely exhibitions of paintings, sculptures, etc. To enjoy the surrounding countryside, just behind the house there are a number of trails, which are part of the island's network of trails, and which will give you wonderful views and a pleasant walk. There's also a public transport stop less than five minutes away. From here, it's easy to visit the island. It's almost in the centre, and the longest journey takes 30 minutes by car. The nearest beaches are Puerto del Carmen, which can be reached in 10 minutes, and Papagayo, 30 minutes away, both ideal beaches with golden sand. In short, we invite you to get to know us and enjoy a welcoming place where the singing of the birds will keep you company during your stay.
