Commercial zoning makes it legal, but part of the Boardman Neighborhood so you live like a local. Popular for couples weekends, family vacations with kids, easy locale for wine tours. This lower-level condo features 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms, complete with a private hot tub & outdoor fireplace, with a lovely view. It’s perfect for families, offering a king ensuite bedroom and two queen beds with a separate bathroom for the kids. If you need extra space, there's also a pull-out sofa available. While the resort has plenty of dining options, our kitchen is fully stocked!

Close to Skiing and Golf! Our rental is a hotel style room. Schuss Mountain Golf course is part of the Shanty Creek Resort complex for golf and pool amenities. There are a total of five courses within the property. Winter Season Schuss Mountain offers 46 runs and we are located at the foot of the blue quad chairlift. Truly a ski in/ski out accommodation. Rental equipment is available. You may also purchase tickets on line before arrival. The town of Bellaire is only a 10 -15 minute drive.

This is a beautiful, relaxing retreat in the woods with a large open field in the back for your dogs to run around. This renovated barn is furnished with lots of wood and rustic decor so you feel right at home in comfortable surroundings. This barn is close to Traverse City, hiking, acres of state land, and numerous trails, lakes, and rivers. Wi-Fi is a blackbox till starlink becomes available. The beautiful mile and a half country road will most likely have wildlife for you to enjoy!
