Only quiet guests, no loud music, etc. Dogs are welcome, the property is in the middle of the dog walking area. Use of the hot tub is subject to a fee from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm (EUR 17 on the first day of use, subsequent days EUR 7). The property is discreetly lit, hardly visible, access routes video-monitored. Parking is free. Day visitors EUR 7/day. Bicycle rental EUR 7/day.

Trampoline, playground, hammocks, sun loungers and a large terrace with a porch swing, hot tub and gas barbecue.
