A little piece of heaven on earth! Built in 1830, this farmhouse is one of the oldest homes in Stratford. Its a heritage home and boasts tons of history and character. Down a long laneway and nestled on 4 acres, the property provides a country feel while being just minutes from downtown Charlottetown. Road Runner’s Rest is a spacious walkout basement suite, centrally located for ease of travel in PEI. The suite features your own private entrance, a large living area with a 75” tv, a large master bedroom with a king bed, bathroom and a kitchenette. Make this space your home base as you travel from east to west on PEI. Ten minutes to Charlottetown, five into Cornwall, about 30 minutes to Summerside and 30 minutes to Cavendish. There is one dog that lives on the property.
