The SAROZO farmhouse is located in a hamlet of Grospierres. There are 2 separate 60 m2 cottages (an old barn). The cottage is made of typical Ardeche stone, consisting of a large living room with kitchen, dining area and living room. Two large mezzanine bedrooms. One fully closed with double bed and one with 3 single beds (sheets provided). A covered and private wooden terrace with garden furniture. Large wooded lot with valley views. Large secure parking.

Beautiful new 4-star cottage for 4 people, in the village center away from noise and traffic. Close to all amenities: bakeries, presses, tobacco, grocery store, snack bar, restaurant, cinema and river 2 min walk, supermarket, shopping area 5 min walk. 2 nights minimum from July 1 to September 2 we rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday
