Beautiful little chalet from 1968, on the side of the mountain within 1 set of about forty chalets nestled in the middle of the vegetation in protected natural area at an altitude of 1200m. For nature lovers, 2km of ski resort and Mont-Dore, breathtaking views of the Massif du Sancy/Capucin (wide sliding bay on terrace). Renovated in 2019 integrated kitchen, lounge with closed fireplace, lounge with fireplace. In self-management, cleaning to be done on departure if not to be booked at the concierge. 5 people max.

Enclosed bathroom with shower and toilet. 1 bedroom with 1 140 bed. 15min from La Bourboule. Mont-Dore and Chastreix trails 25min. All necessary shops in Tauves, 5 minutes by car.
