In the heart of the Grande Champagne, in a 17th century farmhouse, this 130 m2 accommodation can accommodate 6 people but can accommodate up to 12 people during the day (large dining room). This accommodation has all the amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi, home cinema (Netflix, Prime Video...), laundry room with washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 burners (induction, and ceramic glass), a traditional oven and a microwave oven. The floor is air-conditioned.

We welcome you to a former windmill dating from the 18th century, fully restored and located in the heart of the Médoc. It consists of 2 levels and can accommodate 2 people. The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.

Île de Saintonge – A private island on the Charente

Private island in a Natura 2000 site. The site consists of an island of about 5000 m², surrounded by water, on which is located an old lock house from 1837, completely refurbished, very bright and comfortable. A spectacular 200 year old barn, given a modern conversion. Set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by Cognac vineyards. Its 'Bauhaus Style' with cinematic view mezzanine bedroom, decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)

We live in a cul-de-sac in a small hamlet, 2 km from the center of Ronsenac, 5 km from Villebois-Lavalette and 25 min south of Angoulême.
