Ideally located in the village of Bourgenay (Talmont Saint Hilaire), this accommodation with its lake view, 300m from the port and close to Veillon beach offers beautiful services. You will be surprised by this bright 28m2 renovated floor T2 on the top floor of a residence with its chalet style. Its location makes it a nice and secure place. At the foot of the pools (free entrance with bracelets provided), a wooded park and a golf course the site offers many activities.
