On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 2 powder rooms. The fenced pool area includes a terrace of about 70 m2 with garden furniture and deckchairs.

Villa Paulownia: enjoy your holiday on foot or by bike. We promise you a restful and authentic stay (local market, seafood,...) You will appreciate the comfort of the beds (down feather & bedlinen provided), the lounge as well as the superbly equipped kitchen. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own ensuite, plus 2 separate toilets. Big private enclosed mature garden and superb terrasse. 20-minute walk to the beach & 3 minutes to the shops. Hello, I present to you my main house (therefore fully equipped). 90 m2 house + 1 30 m2 apartment in the garden, 2 independent spaces, 2 bedrooms, 3 double beds + 2 single beds (the mattresses are new). The 2 living rooms are equipped with a sofa that converts into a real bed (new). The heating system is a pellet stove and radiators, the kitchens are all equipped, cooking utensils with range and American fridge (water/ice cube). 0 cleaning fee, leave clean.

It is just as convenient with its many amenities like its heated pool, its sunny garden sheltered from the wind and looks. It is quiet from the crowds.
