Completely renovated in 2023, our cottage is located on the Vendée coast at L'ILE D'OLONNE, less than 10 minutes from the beaches. We welcome you to our property, in our rental on the ground floor on a surface of 90m2 with air conditioning. The accommodation is composed of a large entrance, with a reading area and a WC, a living room kitchen, a bathroom with WC, two bedrooms. The living room opens onto a wooden terrace of 20 m2 and a private garden of 300m2, with JACUZZI/SPA for 6 people.

House of 90m2 + 1 apartment 30m2 in the garden, 2 independent spaces, 2 bedrooms, 3 double beds + 2 single beds (the mattresses are new) . The 2 living rooms are equipped with a sofa that can be converted into a real bed (new). The heating system is a pellet stove and radiators, the kitchens are all equipped, cooking utensils with piano and American fridge (water/ice cube). 0 cleaning fee, leave clean.
