Beautiful seaside house

2-storey house with a seaside feel. 2 min walk to the beach, harbour and city centre and 1 km to the train station. It's all about walking. No parking. No outdoor area. On the ground floor, living room with open and equipped kitchen of 28 m2. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with 1 bed of 140 and the 2 nd bedroom with a bed of 90. Shower room & separate toilet. On the 2 nd floor, master suite with 1 bed of 160, bathroom and separate toilet. Cellar with washing machine and dryer. Bed made on arrival. No Toilet Towel

Charming cottage, rated 3 stars, in the quiet countryside and close to the sea (13 km from Les Sables). Recent accommodation (2022), independent (private access), adjoining the owners' home. Guests will have access to a terrace and a private garden. You will have at your disposal a heated indoor pool (open from 05/01 to 10/01). The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed (crib available). The kitchen is well equipped with a dining area and a sofa bed.

Studio with independent entrance in house, ideally located, 1 km from the beaches and close to shops. The studio consists of a living room/kitchen with a comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine with a 160 x 200 bed, (you can't stand up) and a bathroom, opens onto a terrace for outdoor dining. I live in the main house with my 2 daughters, and there is another place to rent on the ground floor of the house. Outdoor shower (return from the beach).
