Spacious, family friendly, very well equipped for many activities, 10 minutes walk from village shops and restaurants. It is located in Le Bar sur Loup, in the French Riviera, near Tourette sur Loup, Valbonne and Mougins. 1h from Monaco and 45 minutes from Nice Airport. It has a private heated and salt pool, and wonderful views, beautiful grounds, gym equipment, table football, table tennis, petanque.

You will appreciate its refined farmhouse style, its large plot (3000 m2) planted with Mediterranean species, and of course its large swimming pool (10 m x 5 m x {0.8 m, 2 m}). Great place to recharge your batteries as a family. The village of Valbonne (15' walk) is ideally placed to enjoy both the coast (Antibes and Cannes 20', Nice 30') and the hinterland with its picturesque villages (Grasse, Gourdon, etc.).

Very close to the historical village of St Paul, ideally located 7 minutes from Polygone Riviera (large shopping center), 20 minutes from Nice airport, a nice modern house, set on 1200 m2 of land with a heated swimming pool ( may to sept) . Terrace of 100 m2 with pergola and outdoor kitchen (Plancha). Many activities possible with families. Very nice discoveries with the neighboring villages.
