South facing authentic villa. Beautiful & calm with stylish interior. 2000m2 of developed garden with a pool house and gym. Not overlooked, totally private, 15 minutes from the coast. Fibre high speed internet connection, Electric gates, Sonos music system, Philips hue lighting interior and exterior. WIFI 6. Plancha, BBQ and pizza oven. I live close by so ready to help if you need anything.

Very close to the historical village of St Paul, ideally located 7 minutes from Polygone Riviera (large shopping center), 20 minutes from Nice airport, a nice modern house, set on 1200 m2 of land with a heated swimming pool ( may to sept) . Terrace of 100 m2 with pergola and outdoor kitchen (Plancha). Many activities possible with families. Very nice discoveries with the neighboring villages.
