Numerous activities to do in the vicinity: equestrian activities, walking, kayaking, swimming, castles, etc. Convenience store a 5-minute drive away. This cottage is ideal for families with young children (equipment needed on site).

The studio, facing south, has a private access that is on the edge of the towpath, which is part of the very long European cycle path "Transiberia». The Loire runs along the canal: between the two, the dike leads you to the centre of Orléans, 6 km away. Combleux, a popular promenade site, has retained the charm of the former mariners' village. Charm, calm and a change of scenery characterize this place.
