Located 6 km from Orléans, 2 km from Olivet and 2 km from the A71 toll, I offer my very well-equipped house with a 10-metre heated swimming pool, available from 7 May to 6 October. Parties are forbidden. Out of respect for the neighbourhood, outdoor music is prohibited from 8:00 pm. The hot tub in a photo is unavailable.
