This former 60 m² country house with all amenities welcomes you for your getaways, country vacations, retreats and remote work in the countryside or work in the area. Cozy little apartment on a quiet street. The village is located on the banks of Sarthe with its small port, lock and guinguette! The property has many amenities. it's independent of my house with a different entrance. the wifi network is functional, the fiber just arrived in our small town 😉 It is with great pleasure that I will welcome you, accompanied by my faithful Australian Shepherd, Melba 🐶
