The house is situated on the site of an old 15th Century chateau and stud farm in more than 40 acres of beautiful countryside and lovely walks. Stunning en-suite bathroom and luxury kitchen. A mezzanine with 2 90 beds is also accessible by a pretty original miller ladder. Ideally located, close to everything!

Ideal for couples or for 2, you need to disconnect in peace in the Berry countryside, the cozy sheepfold will satisfy you with its Nordic bath and wood-fired sauna (unlimited and private, wood provided). The environment is very peaceful, the terrace is not overlooked, and there are fields as far as the eye can see with roe deer passing through.

The Cave of Moulin de la Motte Baudoin

Welcome to the Grotte du Moulin! This natural loft is embedded in a limestone mound and will surprise you with its irregularity. It consists of a large kitchen open to the living room and a bedroom with bathroom separated by a sliding garage door. In the bedroom, you have a double bed (160 cm) and in the living room a single bed (90 cm) with a non-convertible sofa that can be used as a small bed.
