This chic and design home is located in the historic center of Amboise. Located less than a 5-minute walk from the Château Royal, it is part of a 16th-century residence with a private garden. Restaurants and shops 20m walk away. The private parking space and portable air conditioning unit will be a bonus for you. Attention! The Bedroom and the bathroom are upstairs, the toilet is on the ground floor. If it's a problem to go down to the toilet at night, please don't book.

Le logement a été entièrement restauré, tous les équipements sont neufs. Suite à l’été caniculaire 2026 un climatiseur a été installer dans la chambre du 2 ieme étage.
