Our stay at Kelly's home couldn't have been better. The house was exactly as described and super clean! She answered amy question within minutes and was a wonderful host. We only stayed one night, I was in town for business, but we would definitely stay longer if the opportunity arises in the future!

Safe freiendly neighborhood , easy to find. If you plan to do some cooking ensure you bring what is needed. The kitchen is clean and spacious and has appliances needed but not very equipped. Very comfortable beds and ac and heat work great. The backyard is a very nice size.

Really enjoyed our stay in Elizabeth’s house. Accommodations were comfortable and clean and very spacious. The location is fantastic, with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again, thank you!

The house is great. There was a hiccup on arrival but Laura offered several solutions and was very responsive. The issue was resolved and we are very happy. You can really tell the grade a host is when there is an issue, as it is easy to be good when everything goes well but when things go bad you find out just how good a host is and Laura is A++. We loved that there's a beautiful lake just a couple of blocks down that has a wonderful walking path around it. Our dog Mollie enjoyed walks there each evening. The backyard was also great for her to explore. We do recommend and will be back if we visit this area again. Thanks to people like Laura, who open their homes to pets, we can confidentiality travel with our dog. Thanks again for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were incredibly fast to respond to questions. Our two dogs stayed with us. While the backyard is not fully fenced the area around the house is more than adequate for walking with, or without, your fur babies.

The house was a perfect spot for getting away. The location is convenient to major streets, but tucked into a quiet neighborhood. l loved the hardwood flooring throughout, all the windows, and the wood furniture. l prepared Sunday lunch for my family and comfortably seated everyone. In warmer weather, the trail and park just up the street will be great. I will say this about my host: lf/when l return, l will invite her over for tea. That is the impression she left me with! Lynn could not have been kinder, more responsive, accommodating, and compassionate.

Great location! Small cozy guest house. Parking spot was tight for our large 2500 but we made it work. Recommendations were great.

Great place to stay in Augusta. Extremely close to tons of restaurants and a very easy ride to downtown and the Riverwalk. Very private backyard and beautiful pool. The office accommodations were the best we’ve seen. Perfect setup for remote work and kids in virtual school. Kitchen was well stocked and the overall layout of the house was perfect to accommodate working and lounging simultaneously. Next time we’re in Augusta, this will be our go to spot!

Dave and Pat’s place was absolutely great for us! It was incredibly helpful to be able to dock our boat in their boat house. Dave personally helped us check in and show us everything we needed. They provided a golf cart to get us to and from the boathouse. It was a beautiful view from their patio. It’s not far from the Smith Lake Marina to launch your boat and drive over. At the house, they provided everything we needed. Dave was a fabulous host to us! We will absolutely be staying again!

I would stay there again! Very nice - especially with dogs. They can run in the big back yard while you sit on the patio!

We loved our family vacation here! The home was decorated beautifully for Christmas, and though it is very spacious, it felt cozy. The spacious kitchen was fully furnished with all the dishes, flatware, cookware, utensils, etc that could possibly be needed for prepping and hosting. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and walks out to the most gorgeous deck overlooking the pool and the mountains! This home has 2 fireplaces and is furnished with a pool table, foosball table, ping pong table, treadmill & elliptical. The outdoor area includes grills, a fire pit, patio, hot tub, and swimming pool. The home was immaculate! Arriving and leaving instructions were easy and clear. There were no disappointments with this AirBnB !!

Peter's place was hands down the most accommoted place I've ever stayed at. He provided plenty of toiletries and extra towels, garbage bags, etc so that I didn't need to go purchase any of the sort. There was a plethora of entertainment equipment for all streaming platforms, all of which had detailed instructions on how to access them. Peter was a very responsive host and seemed dedicated to making sure our stay was above and beyond. I truly felt like I was a guest of Peter and not just an Airbnb customer.

Once again Toccoa House Properties provided an excellent stay for my husband and I. The location is gorgeous and has open access to the river, which is great for trout fishing. I spent my time in the outdoor area reading and napping when the weather was nice. The host was quick to provide assistance when the power went out during a horrible storm and was aware of the outage before I even woke up! Staying at this cabin was an absolute dream and I am already planning my next stay with Toccoa House Properties.

The cottage was very nice and comfortable. Cozy, but plenty of space to unwind and relax. The neighborhood was quiet, and it is a short drive to downtown Greenville and also a short drive to Paris Mountain state park for great hiking options!

Our stay in the cottage was great! We were 10 total - 8 adults and 2 kids - and we wish we would’ve rented for another day. Spacious and comfy, the cottage provided both privacy and options to hang out together. The coffee bar and game room were a big hit! The hosts were extremely responsive.

Very clean!! For a cabin, nestled on the outskirts of the woods. It was very clean and bug free!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rented this for our trip back to Alabama to visit family for a wedding. Little cottage was great for my husband and I and our 3 dogs. The properties fence isnt gated for the pups to be outside freely but they have a kennel right next to the cottage for your dogs to hang out or use the restroom! Owners were very kind through messages and did not interact with us when at cottage; even when they saw us outside when they were, so you still feel you are in a private area. Guests in the other cottage were quiet and very freindly and stuck to their side of the property as well. Many places to eat and hang out within 10-15 minute drive to Madison on Hwy 72. And the pricing was great for the area compated to hotel rooms or other Air BnB's. -The Mosshollows ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We loved escaping here for the weekend. It really is a perfect place to get away to.

**Perfect Getaway in Cherry Log, GA – Dog-Friendly and Relaxing!** My wife and I had the most incredible stay at this charming cabin in Cherry Log, GA, just after New Year’s. The location is truly unbeatable—nestled right on a picturesque Blue Ridge Mountain stream. Waking up to the soothing sounds of the water was so peaceful, and the view from the cabin was absolutely breathtaking. One of the highlights of our stay was the hot tub. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind while taking in the beauty of the surrounding nature, especially after a day of exploring the area. Chasing Shade was exactly as described. We’ve been going to Reed Creek for over 30 years, so it was fun to stay near the SC part of the lake. The house is close to everything. Even though it’s on a busy road, it’s set far enough back and has a huge yard. We loved that it was dog friendly, so that we could travel with our labradoodle. The decks and dock have great views of the lake. Swimming and fishing right off the dock was perfect. We even caught some fish! The kitchen and house were well stocked with necessities and more. It was nice to have inflatables and beach towels. The beds were very comfortable. Overall - a solid 5 star property!
