Wonderful. Felt like we were in a tree house.

Pilot Cove offered my family of 4 (plus dog) a wonderful experience at the doorstep to Pisgah and Brevard. Loved being close to the Hub and the food and coffee truck at the bottom of the hill were great. I enjoyed drinking an Americano from the coffee truck on my way into the Forest or after a long trail run on the Art Loeb trail. The walking trails on the property were the perfect place to walk the dog (though several downed trees cross the path). The house was simple but fit ours needs as we spent most of our time outdoors. Overall we loved Pilot Cove and will be back!

Cute little cabin in a peaceful spot just outside of Pisgah National Forrest. Close to delicious food trucks and even downtown Brevard. We were able to rest and enjoy equally with this stay.

The Pilot Cove cabin was a wonderful spot; we visited the Pisgah National Forest, Sliding Rock, Looking Glass Falls, and the Blue Ridge Parkway to Asheville! I highly recommend this lovely location!

Wow, a great place where you can become one with nature. You find yourself immersed in taking in the views morning, noon, and night. Pilot Cove is a peaceful community and had feel of a place tucked well into the mountains but just on the edge of town. A true favorite!

My husband and I recently stayed at Pilot Cove, seeking some much-needed relaxation and a chance to connect with nature. This retreat was everything we hoped for and more. The room was incredibly comfortable, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere that made our stay truly rejuvenating. One of the highlights of our stay was the fully equipped kitchen. It was fantastic to have the option to cook our own meals, which not only added a homey feel to our stay but also helped us save money on dining out. The kitchen had everything we needed, which was a wonderful surprise. While our experience was overwhelmingly positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the floors needed a good vacuuming. However, these were minor issues in the grand scheme of things. Overall, Pilot Cove provided us with a perfect getaway. We left feeling relaxed and reconnected with nature. We will definitely be returning and recommend it to others.

The host was extremely responsive and understanding. They were helpful and willing to fix any issues that arose during our stay. I would definitely go back.

This was my second time to stay at Pilot Cove this year and I will be back. The cabins are conveniently located and have everything you need. The minimal design is appealing as well. Great place to stay!

This was a great place for our stay during The Masters.

Our family (presently, 22 of us) has rented a cabin for the past 9 years—always going where we can check the boxes (everyone has a bed; bathrooms; two refrigerators; large table for eating and games, within the 3-hour traveling radius, etc.) This year, we went to Alabama; and, stayed in this amazing home. Our family ranges from 14 months to 80 years of age; the elevator was a huge plus. Plenty of parking was a plus. We were amazed at the quality of everything in the home…all top quality (linens, towels, washer/dryer, stoves, enough pots/pan, enough plates/silverware, enough garbage bags. The owners have not skimped on anything. We had pretty much daily questions—they were all answered immediately, with deep detail, and were always considerate. We posted pictures on social media; and, we’ve already had two inquiries as to where we were. We cannot say enough good about this facility and the host. Thank you for a great time with family.

Miss Jackie was a wonderful host and was always responsive to questions. The area is beautiful, the house was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Jackie was aware that we arrived to the area early and met us personally to allow us to check in early. We will definitely stay here again whenever we return to the area.

We had a family wedding down the road from Aaron's Airbnb. It was within walking distance of both the venue and other family rentals. The house was very spacious and the area is beautiful.

A lovely home and place to stay near Cloudland Canyon and McLemore Resort.

Perfect! Super close to White Laurel, wedding venue. Super clean super quiet Loved the whole weekend They the only thing I could find wrong was….. I couldn’t find a can opener and I can live with that! The kitchen had everything else!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Sandy Cove! The home was beautiful and very spacious. We were surprised at the outdoor space and quietness of the neighborhood, which were both a bonus for us. We would definitely like to stay again in the near future.

To date, Sweet Home Oakachoy is our favorite vacation home at Lake Martin! From start to finish, John & Sara were amazing to communicate with. It’s very obvious how much love they put into this home, as well as how considerate they are of their renters. The house is stocked with extra bath & beach towels, condiments, spices-supplies for pretty much anything you need or may have forgotten at home. There were only the four of us, but I can see this being a great place for a relaxing girls trip, or a big family reunion. I have a teenager, so the downstairs was all his. My daughter loved having a king bedroom to herself. I like that the bedrooms aren’t on top of each other. In between swimming/water sports, all had plenty of privacy/space to ourselves for napping or watching what we wanted on tv. One of the best parts of the rental is the Fish Shack-so cool! Although we didn’t get an opportunity to utilize it, plan to in the future-maybe for a long wknd during college football.

This place was perfect - great space, super clean, and in a prime location just minutes from everything. The host was kind, responsive, and accommodating. She even let me check in early, which was a total lifesaver. Can’t recommend this spot enough. I’ll definitely be back!

It was easy to check in and out. Comfy pillows… good TV with all the streaming services. Worked great for the purpose I needed it for. Blackout curtains was nice for sleeping in and privacy.

This has been my absolute favorite Airbnb stay! We did run out of trash bags which wasn’t their fault! Family just sent too much stuff back with us so I had to leave some stuff on the counter as all trash had to be in bags. So I felt super bad (Sorry yall!) But everything was as it was described and better! They had toys and a pack n play and even toddler plates which wasn’t their fault perfect for our little man! They had games for the older kiddos to play and it was overall just amazingly cozy! The kids and the hubs LOVED the fishing and we even got to meet some of the local critters that the neighbors care for! Owners were super responsive and friendly! Would definitely love to come back again at some point! Thanks y’all soo much!!

There are about 100 steps to get from the porch of the home down to the lakeside - which was so peaceful! There were constant "waves" hitting the shore. It was lovely! Fishing from shore so easy too. We just had to watch for the baby croc on the first day and working to not catch turtles on the second. The kitchen had the dishes/pots/pans/salt and other spices we needed. It even had a blender! The main bed was comfortable. Don't know about the two single beds. The porch had both charcoal and gas grills and was a great place to hangout and look at the trees! We had a great time. Great host location and clean space, felt like a home away from home.

Absolutely LOVED this cozy cabin. It was everything we wanted and needed for a lovely Christmas vacay especially the fireplace. Burned a great fire all day every day during our stay. Highly recommend this private, serene forest oasis and definitely plan to go back.

We were very grateful for Kerri’s place it was a little challenging finding the house but she was very helpful and patient in helping me find the home .

Fantastic Air BnB. Clean and beautiful home. The outdoor area was amazing. Biggest thing is Robert (host) is AMAZING! He was very quick to jump to any of our needs and do whatever was needed to make our stay amazing.
