It lies hidden within the historic district of a quaint little town incorporated in 1860, and you will find it just outside of Atlanta in Coweta County. Grand in its simplicity, Senoia is a destination for those who seek to decompress from a modern, fast-paced lifestyle or escape it altogether. Perfect for couples and traveling professionals, our private walkout basement has a separate driveway and entrance, king size bed and full bath. Comfy reclining loveseat and sofa, 70” HD smart TV with sound bar with Netflix and Amazon Prime, WIFI, refrigerator, microwave, coffee bar with Keurig Coffee Maker, and bistro table. Outside enjoy the Little Farm views of our flock under gorgeous Magnolia complete with fire pit and glider.

Pamper yourself with a very private Bungalow in the peaceful woods of west Athens (approx. 15 min from UGA). This newly renovated SPA-like space is a haven for wellness and relaxation. Situated on the Oconee River in the lovely River Bottom neighborhood, you'll enjoy the rejuvenating benefits of your own private custom-built cedar sauna, spacious marble shower, outdoor Jacuzzi, king bed & more. The Bungalow is part of the main house with a separate, PRIVATE entrance through the backyard.

Forget your worries in this spacious, serene space. Minutes off I-85 near the Atlanta airport with a calming, green view in a quiet and safe neighborhood . Super safe for solo travelers. Sit on your private porch to gaze at the deer or stars, read a book or rest. The dry kitchen (no sink or cooking facilities) has a microwave, small fridge, Keurig coffee maker and more. The attached bathroom with walk-in shower, twin sinks and relaxing bathtub are great for working guests or vacationers.

Studio located on private wooded 20 acres with 800 sq foot of space, crafted with reclaimed materials wood and metal. Large deck overlooking 7-acre lake with burn pit. Private entrance with electric fireplace, television, music, Queen size bed, sofa, bar with stools, refrigerator, 2 burners cook surface, microwave, Keurig, toaster, dishes and cookware. Private bath with compost toilet, shower and sink. Access to paddle boat with life jackets available. Fishing rods if you want to try it!

Safe Harbor on the Lake. Spacious, private!

Safe Harbor is a great place to relax, read, watch movies and look at our spectacular lake view with various wildlife such as Herron, jumping fish, turtles, Canada geese and more depending on the season. A paved walking path across the street will lead you to a local coffee shop called Circa Antiques Marketplace or beautiful walks. Safe Harbor is a great place to come home to for rest and relaxation. We are not allowing children at this time. Please no smoking or vaping on property

Guest Suite in Historic Covington

Enjoy a unique experience at The Pirate House guest suite in historic Covington. Located in a beautifully decorated circa 1910, New Orleans style home. Just a half mile walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Covington and even closer to many popular filming locations. While this home has not been used for filming, all of the surrounding properties have and it is mentioned on local tours due to its unique design & eccentric holiday decor that is displayed year round.

Cabin-like 1 bedroom

10 minutes from downtown Covington and 35 minutes from the east side of Atlanta. Enjoy a peaceful, unique experience in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of outdoor space and resident chickens. This 1 bed/1 bath features a kitchenette and shower/tub combo. Wifi and Roku included. The suite is attached to the main home by a patio roof but does not share an entrance or heating/AC with the main home (about 25 ft between them). Pets welcome, no cleaning fees or pet fees!

"Sawnee Mountain Hikers Hideaway"

This area is full of history from the Trail of Tears, to Sawnee Mountain. This house is located 8 minutes from Lake Sydney Lanier. There is more than a handful of local restaurants and live entertainment to keep busy. If you like to hike the mountain we encourage it. You can either leave from here approximately 500 feet up the hill, medium inclined walk up to the trail. Or if you prefer there is a couple of trailhead parks located within 2 to 3 miles with free parking.

Enjoy over 100 miles of our famous golf cart paths, also perfect for running, walking, and biking. 30 miles away from Atlanta and 7 miles from Trillith Studios. Come home to rest at our cozy basement suite with your lovely golf course view.

NEWLY RENOVATED!! Inspired by our favorite wizarding school across the pond, the Dorm is full of treasures in honor of Harry Potter and friends! This upstairs apartment is full of charm with magical surprises to explore during your stay. Tucked away from the prying eyes of Muggles, this wizarding paradise is an inviting and magical place filled with relics, games, books, movies, and unexpected surprises! We love this tiny magical oasis, and hope you will too!
