Monthly Rentals in Chaul (Bagmala)

The place looks exactly like the photos. It was well maintained and full of amenities which are described. The hosts are very good and responsive. There places gives you nice traditional Konkani vibes. I would recommend going here during early monsoon or Winter.

Sankalp is a peaceful abode , ample private space with garden and space for kids to play. Sathis has built this thoughtfully a “home away from home” , they have good collection of books , neat spacious rooms with ACs and TV and a spacious well equipped kitchen. The caretaker is helpful. There are good restaurants near by - our favourite was Saahil Lunch home. I would sincerely urge people going here to treat this place with care like your own home :)

If you are from a city and if you are a pet parent, then this will be a place where your pets can walk/run freely. Everything here is neat and tidy. And it is also well-maintained. It was an amazing place. The property is so nice and specious. Every room is spacious. The place is exactly like what we see in the pictures. The beach is only a one-or two-minute walk. Water sports activities are also nearby. You can walk along the beach if you want to do parasailing etc. There is no need to take your vehicle to go there. The food here is also awesome. They will cook what we want. Coffee and tea sachets are available there. The staff there were very friendly and were happy to cook everything we wanted. The surumai rava fry and the prawn fry were so good. The only thing that matters is, we are all morning people, so they will come and prepare food only after 9 am. If you are a beach person, then no need for second thoughts. Just go and enjoy your weekend with your family, friends and pets

It was a wonderful stay and the villa matches the exact description provided by the host. Terrace is huge and well maintained to spend the late evenings. caretaker was very good, flexible and reachable all the time. On the request, she even arranged a pan as well to us for the kids cooking. Her ever smiling and helpful Persona is a add-on for the property. overall it was a superb stay and I loved the place.
