Direct access to the Paris-London greenway (Chaussy – Gisors section) and the Epte (1st category river) for your walks, bike and kayak rides. Property without neighbors, without any noise. In the Val d'Oise, 10 minutes from Magny-en-Vexin (A15 highway), 10 minutes from the Villarceaux Golf Course and 20 minutes from the Impressionism Museum (Claude Monet Foundation – Giverny).

We rent the main part of our family home during the holidays. It is completely renovated with a large garden and a large terrace. Fully equipped, ideal with kids. One hour from Paris and one hour from Rouen. The house is separated in two. My husband will work in the other part, the door that gives access to this side of the house will be closed. This 13th century stone house welcomes you with its terrace directly overlooking the woods, without a fence, in a relaxing atmosphere. On the ground floor, the large 50 m2 living room with equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. Upstairs is a large master suite: large bedroom with views of the park, a bathroom with views of the woods and a relaxing library desk.

The small Chaumontoise is a townhouse of about 65 m² completely renovated and very well-equipped. It is located on my property but has direct access to the street. So I'll be your neighbor, ready to give you help and advice. Available in week, mid-week or weekend format mainly. You can make special requests and I would be happy to host you if my schedule allows.
