We are happy to accomodate you in our new fully equipped flat in the city center. You have the access to SMART TV, WIFI and Netflix. The flat has been finished in Spt 2019 and it's situated 400m from main square. Around 60m from the flat you can find a beautiful park with gastronomical paradise. It's a perfect place for your holiday or business trip. For bigger groups there is a possibility to use another two apartments at the same floor. In case of longer stays we can offer individual discount.

La Bohème apartment

The flat is conveniently located just 2 minutes (230 m) from the main bus station and also to the Becherovka Museum (city centre). The 1st-floor, hight ceiling apartment has a simple, artsy atmosphere and it is located in a 140 year -old, neo-classical building. This is not a high end (luxury) type of accomodation! It consists of 2 completely separate rooms (bedroom and living room), kitchen, bathroom, hallway and small balcony. A bohemian flat loved by our artist guests.

Apartmán WEST o rozloze 25m2 se nachází v 1. patře cihlového domu v centru KV s výhledem do zahrady. Byt je klidný, vzdušný s vysokými stropy. Dům kde se apartmán nachází je nejstarší v dané části Karlových Varů. Naproti na patře je 2. apartmán s názvem KON-TIKI (54m2 LOFT), který máme také v nabídce. Our accommodation is absolutely quiet, in just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideally suited for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity, there are cross-country ski trails and the biathlon stadium with a roller ski track and ski lift, a toboggan run, MTB trails and hiking trails. The Fichtelsee can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. Please request a child discount!

The apartment "Olga" is located 5 minutes walk from the city center in a quiet street. The apartment (56 m² in total) is located in a newly built, modern apartment building (12 parties) and consists of two separate rooms, the living room (studio) and the bedroom. Apartmá Olga has a balcony overlooking the Elstergebirge Mountains. The apartment is located on the third floor, the house has (as the only private house in Franzensbad) a lift.

A house with history - built in 1860 as a royal forestry office building in Moravia, it was restored in several thousand working hours. Enjoy the wonderfully idyllic area as a starting point for excursions to Neualbenreuth, Pilsen, Marienbad, Karlovy Vary, Eger, Waldsassen and many other attractive destinations in the area. We look forward to sharing this part of the world with them.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You can just have a picnic in the garden or sit on a bench under a tree. If you have a long time, you can go for a walk 3 km through the forest and swim in a nearby dam. In the evening, you can have a drink at your own bar or visit the local pub.

Small apartment in the heart of Weiden.

The apartment is in the attic. In the bathroom there is a slope, which could be a bit of a hindrance for tall people. Showering is only comfortable when sitting in the bathtub, due to the sloping roof.
