There are a few houses and a garden nearby, so it's not like being alone in the woods! It's on the outskirts of the city, where you can already get out into the countryside. Holiday home for 12 people with sauna and hot tub in a quiet environment. Ideal for families and friends looking for peace, comfort and shared experiences. 4 cozy bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace. Wellness area with sauna and hot tub for perfect relaxation. For relaxation and games, there are terraces with seating by the house. Fenced garden with children's corner, fireplace and playground for ball games for fun and relaxation. Parking is on a closed plot by the house. The whole house is non-smoking.

The cottage is located in the village of Údolíčko, 1 km from Perštejn, where you’ll find a brewery, swimming, rocks, and other attractions. It is in a beautiful, picturesque valley leading into the Mountains and offering complete privacy. It is fully fenced with direct access into the forest. There is a large terrace, a covered terrace with a fireplace and a relaxing garden with a view. Parking is available directly in front of the cottage. There is a sauna for up to 6 people with a shower.

Leave your everyday life behind and enjoy the pleasant tranquility, the scent of wood, the soft light, and the crackling fireplace. Or relax in the private gym, the infrared sauna, or the garden whirlpool. The outdoor area is still under construction, therefore a special price applies for the time being.

You can walk straight from the house into the forest or go hiking up to the Fichtelberg (Oberwiesenthal). In the house you cook on a kitchen stove with wood, relax in a solid wood family bed (270 x 200 cm) made of stone pine and feel a very special room climate through the clay plaster. Everything is pure nature.

Experience a night under the Baroque vaults. The five-bed studio offers a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine and a capsule coffee machine. History sensitively complemented by contemporary design! The accommodation is located in the building of the former forest administration of the estate no. 2, which is a registered cultural monument as part of the castle grounds.
