A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you on the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. It is a 30 m2 non-smoking accommodation with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room sleeps 3 people, with a double bed in 140 and a single bed, wifi and TV. The bathroom on the ground floor is private at the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilets at the entrance of the house are in common.

Cottage – Le Petit Villa Montis

Very close to the Château de Villemonteix, the small Villa Montis is a traditional stone cottage, comfortable and cosy, ideal for a stay for two. A small flower garden is laid out in front so you can enjoy the sunny days. Upstairs: a spacious 18 m² bedroom-living room with new bedding. The bed is made upon arrival. On the ground floor: a kitchen-living room with a wood-burning stove in the fireplace and a small shower room with a composting toilet. Enchanting surroundings 🍃

Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

The studio is adjacent to our house. The independent entrance overlooks a separate plot of land from ours. Once settled in, you'll be able to admire the starry nights and listen to the song of the owls. You can hike, swim in ponds, discover a national nature reserve, visit typical and charming villages without forgetting Aubusson , its international city of tapestry, its workshops of designers, attend concerts and stroll through the second-hand stores...

This former workshop, just renovated, has become a lovely little welcoming house. Located close to the village, but in a quiet cul-de-sac, it has magnificent views of the valley. Renovated in industrial style to retain its origin, it offers a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a living room and a cozy bedroom upstairs.
