There is a garden of 400 pyeong in front of the house, so garden vegetables such as jujube, blueberry, potato, and pepper are growing well. Guests can pick up what they want to eat. The interior is based on white color, which is simple but clean concept. On the second floor, there is a small karaoke room, a book library, a piano, and a computer. There is a small pond behind the house, and in the summer, there is a stream within walking distance. There is a terrace and a bench where you can grill meat.
