Charming house with indoor pool & pond

Presbytery dating back to 1704, with its 12th century tower, heart of village not overlooked. You will have a large living-dining area kitchen communicating with a terrace and the pool area for nearly 240 m². The 110m² swimming pool area includes a 10 x 4.5m pool heated between 28° and 29°, sauna, changing rooms and shower. A 2nd living room, always cool in summer (and not very heated in winter!) is equipped with a 3/4 pool table, a Bonzini foosball table and a Monster Bash pinball machine. Opposite home, pond with pontoon.

The house has just been refurbished from floor to ceiling. Towels and bed sheet are provided. Large garden. Characterful house in a small country town, fully restored in 2024, located 10 min from Alençon, 8 min from the Leclerc center, 7 min from Carrefour Market, 15 min from the Mancelle Alps, and about forty minutes from Le Mans. On the ground floor a dining room with wood stove, a toilet, a fitted kitchen and a large master suite with a 180 bed as well as a private shower room, upstairs a TV lounge as well as 2 bedrooms with 140 bed and a shower room + toilet.
