You will have a large living-dining room, kitchen area connecting with a terrace and pool area over nearly 240 m². The 110 m² pool area includes a 10 x 4.5 m pool heated between 28° and 29°, sauna, changing rooms and shower. A 2nd living room, always cool in summer (and little heated in winter!) is equipped with a 3/4 billiard table, a Bonzini foosball table and a Monster Bash pinball machine. In front of the house, pond with pontoon.
