Lakefront - This rental is the new addition to our home. It has its own private entrance, your private great room, Master ensuite with huge walk in shower. There is a Queen size bed in the great room that would be perfect for extra guest. This part of our home is separated from our own personal living space by a sliding barn door that will be latched for your privacy. Although we will be in the main part of the home we want you to enjoy your time and enjoy Norris Lake.

Nuthouse - Pickle Ball, Firepit, mountain views

The Nuthouse is an oversized studio that boasts a king size bed, hide a bed couch, dining room table with 4 chairs, full bathroom and everything you need for a peaceful vacation. Even though it's a studio, it's large enough to not be crowded. The view from the windows of Mt. Laconte are beautiful. There are 12 acres that you can hike on and even a small outside chapel and gazebo to be used for an outside wedding (at an extra cost and it needs to be approved beforehand).

Very light and airy space. Second story apartment that sits on a three acre property minutes from historic downtown Jonesborough. 10 min from Johnson City, 7-10 min from I26. Self check in. You will find towels; extra sheets; cleaning supplies, fully stocked kitchen. Please be aware that we have dogs that bark. Pets are allowed limit one dog or cat. . NO SMOKING. NOT suitable for small children. Available for long term rental as well.
