All bedrooms have en-suites. Hot tub available all year! This is an all sand area, you want a 4x4 or a suv/truck with high clearance. No Acadias, mini vans, etc. Five of 6 bedrooms, on 3 different levels of the house have ocean views. Horses will come in the yard. Please do not touch or feed them.
