Bay Lake is decorated in a coastal farmhouse style. Master bedroom w/ en-suite offers a queen bed. BR2 offers a queen bed. Finally, BR3 offers a twin over full bunk bed. The living has a large sectional sofa with cable television & a queen air mattress. All bedrooms have smart TVs. Free beach 3 blocks. Simple Southern Getawayways.

After a wonderful meal at the marina seafood restaurant our guests love to snuggle up together on deck and watch the sunset turn the sky pink & purple with a glass of bubbly. Lovely two bedroom two bath condo in newest section on the prettiest street of gated Kingsmill on the James River (not part of Kingsmill Resort*) Backing to the lake surrounded by trees and natural beauty, it's minutes walking distance to marina, spa, beach, cafe, tennis, playground. Adjacent to and built by Busch Gardens, in lovely bird sanctuary with 7 miles of trails. *there's spa and beach access, for dogs too, but not pool... to use pool and resort, please book directly through resort

Cozy Country Cottage

Three bedrooms, 1 bathroom house located about 45 miles to the beach, rather Outer Banks or Virginia Beach. We have a private pond located on one end of the property and the creek comes up to the other end. Great for launching your canoe or kayak there. Northwest River Marsh Game lands are located nearby. There will be free use of the boat ramp about half of mile away for your bigger water toys, hunting game lands and fishing.
